By downloading, installing, or using WorkoutCopy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

Description of Service

WorkoutCopy is a utility app that reads your Apple Health workout data and copies it to your clipboard in a structured format. You can then paste this data into spreadsheets, notes, emails, or any other application.

Health Data Disclaimer

WorkoutCopy is NOT a medical device and does NOT provide medical advice. The workout data displayed and exported by WorkoutCopy is for informational purposes only. You should not rely on this data for medical decisions. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Accuracy Disclaimer

WorkoutCopy reads data from Apple Health as-is and presents it without modification. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the health data displayed or exported. Data accuracy depends on the sensors and devices that recorded it.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• How you use and share any data exported from WorkoutCopy
• Ensuring you have the legal right to share any health data you export
• Any consequences resulting from pasting or sharing your exported data

Payment Terms

WorkoutCopy offers a free tier that includes your last 7 days of workout data with all features. A one-time purchase of $4.99 unlocks unlimited date range access and all workout type filters.

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process payments directly.

Intellectual Property

The WorkoutCopy app, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Arthur KUEHN. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorkoutCopy and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the app.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Termination

We may discontinue the WorkoutCopy app at any time. If the app is discontinued, any features you have purchased will remain accessible for as long as the app is installed and functional on your device.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
