Troubleshooting
WorkoutCopy shows no workouts
Make sure you have granted HealthKit permissions. Go to iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices > WorkoutCopy and enable all requested data types.
Some workout fields show empty values
Not all workouts record all metrics. For example, heart rate data requires an Apple Watch, and cycling power requires a compatible power meter. Empty fields mean that data wasn't recorded for that workout.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open WorkoutCopy, go to Settings > Upgrade to Pro. Your purchase will be automatically restored if you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
The app doesn't support my language
WorkoutCopy currently supports a limited set of languages. If you'd like to request a new language, email us at arthur@pragmatiq.io with the subject "Language Request".
